Recently, in the 2022 Green Manufacturing list released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Chongqing Super Group Industry Co., Ltd. was selected as a national green factory.

Chongqing Supergroup Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in August 2016, responsible for the implementation of automobile wheel production projects, is a professional engaged in independent research and development, design, production and sales of global personalized customized wheels and ultra-lightweight aluminum alloy automobile wheels of modern manufacturing enterprises.

In the supergroup industrial production workshop, eight low-pressure casting machines are running efficiently, filling liquid aluminum at 660 ° C from the bottom to the top of the mold, and one car wheel spoke quickly solidified under the action of low pressure. "Compared with traditional gravity casting, such low-temperature and low-pressure casting can save 900,000 cubic meters of natural gas per year," explained Wei Qinghui, deputy general manager of the company. Not only that, the wheels of supergroup industry have also embarked on the "green road". An 18 inch automobile wheel, the weight is 8.8 kg, 25% less than the traditional cast wheel, and the use of such lightweight wheels can give fuel vehicles 6% fuel savings, so that the mileage of new energy vehicles increased by more than 10%. All along, Supergroup Industry has been adhering to green production and following the principle of sustainable development in all links of the industrial chain, from plant buildings to production equipment and processes, and then to energy supply facilities, to achieve comprehensive low-carbon, circular and intensive.

It is reported that the green factory refers to the enterprise to achieve land intensification, harmless raw materials, clean production, waste resources, and low-carbon energy factories, aiming to implement the "14th Five-Year" industrial green development Plan and the "Industrial carbon peak implementation Plan", continue to improve the green manufacturing system, comprehensively improve the level of green manufacturing, and create an advanced model of green manufacturing. To provide a leading demonstration role for industrial green transformation in related fields.

It is understood that this is the first national green factory in Nanchuan District. Previously, Chongqing Super Group Industry Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Fanglue Fine Control Metal Products Co., Ltd. have been awarded municipal green factory.
