We build the Fusion Forged wheels from a highly engineered, state-of-the-art process called FUSION FORGING. The wheel’s 6061-T6 FORGED ALUMINUM BARREL is tightly clamped to a cast face.Then, the barrel and face are fused together using a unique welding process from precision tooling.The Fusion Forged manufacturing process produces high-quality welds free of porosity, solidification cracks, and defects. The result is a wheel boasting strength and weight savings of forged construction with the intricate styling capabilities and design refinement of a cast wheel.

Due in part to the unique Fusion Forged low-temperature welding process, we can produce some of the most dynamic designs and color combinations traditionally reserved for custom forged wheels. Each Fusion Forged wheel features a concave profile and an intricate, overhanging spoke design.The Fusion Forge series offers models with different diameters and different offsets, from matte and glossy black to chrome and white gold centers, gray tones, candy red, glossy black, or brush lip finishes. The main advantages of friction stir welding are as follows:
