On April 23, 2025, the results of the 2025 "Most Outstanding Industrial Workers" selection in Nanchuan District, Chongqing, were announced. Mao Shiyong, a circular welder, and Zhang Xiaoquan, a low pressure casting technician from Superwheel Technology Inc. (formerly Chongqing Chaoqun Industrial Co., Ltd.), were honored for their exceptional skills and outstanding contributions.   

Mao Shiyong, a circular welder, joined Superwheel Technology Inc. at its founding in 2016. Starting from grassroots roles and rotating through multiple positions, he has grown into a seasoned master craftsman. Proficient in the company’s proprietary "FSW" (Friction Stir Welding) technology, Mao has dedicated eight years to his craft, mentoring numerous technical talents. This accolade not only reflects his unwavering commitment to excellence but also highlights the success of the company’s mentorship and apprenticeship model.   

Zhang Xiaoquan, a representative of local industrial talent in Nanchuan, joined Superwheel Technology Inc. in 2021. Embracing the spirit of craftsmanship, he proactively sought crosstraining opportunities across critical roles such as casting and smelting. Through relentless dedication, Zhang mastered core technologies and has become a key technical expert in the casting department.

The company has independently developed, produced, and marketed super lightweight automotive wheels, certified under IATF16949, with its R&D laboratory accredited by Japan’s VIA.
